You agree to use Yarko only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking (for Online payments) or upon entry (for Cash payments).

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 15 minutes prior to the start time are eligible for a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations may not be refunded.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must park only in designated spots. Yarko is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss to vehicles or personal property.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
